A general comment is that you don't have to be in the council to boss around on your own wiki-pages or creating your own forum or projects. And if you want attention on Mainstuff, then MC is a great place.

I'm very reluctant to make someone a crew because they say they will do something, as it's already possible to do that, but with a little more effort, if you're not a crew.

I'm also very slow on checking this page, because I want people who stay at Elfpack, not people who'll leave next week.

2007-12-10 [itweetinHEELS]: I still think you have to have connections, because some people, to me, it seems have only been accepted because they know some of the guards. And their applications dont even seem like they even did enough for EP or just want to become one just to have the title.

2007-12-10 [Eyes of the Reaper]: Connections help because those friends who are guards/council members actually see you in action--they see the you that an application doesn't always portray. However, the more personality you put into the application via images, graphics, diction in the writing, and how you present yourself plays a MAJOR role.

2007-12-11 [Bookwyrm]: I used GIMP for mine. 'Tis free and easy to use, once you get used to it (which doesn't honestly take long...I mean c'mon...I learned to use it...XD), and doesn't take three hours to load like photoshop.
